Her self-experience has proven to be invaluable when assisting her clients in areas of the creative process.   “I have an Existential Humanistic theoretical orientation. This approach to psychology stresses a concern for what it means to be fully human. It suggests that certain themes are a part of the human condition. These themes relate to: freedom, responsibility, and active choices. More simple said, I believe that ‘being in relationship’ with oneself is where the healing starts.”

“The first half of my life was all about me – the second half of my life is all about you – lucky me!”
